Pre insulated ducts are available in the following material

1) PIR DUCTs Panels comprise a high performance, rigid thermosetting polyisocyanurate(PIR) insulation core. The insulation core is faced on both sides with an embossed Aluminium foil. ​

PIR Panels have a fibre-free and closed cell insulation core. ​

2) Phenolic Panels have a high performance, rigid thermoset phenolic insulation core. The panels are faced with an embossed aluminum foil on one side.​
System is available in 20/30 mm thicknesses which are UL 181 Listed – standard for Factory – Made Air Ducts.​

Phenolic Panels have a fibre-free and closed cell insulation core, which has been manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP). ​

3) Eco Panels have a high performance, rigid thermoset Polyisocyanurate (PIR) or Polyurethane (PUR) insulation core. The insulation core is faced on one side with an embossed aluminum foil and a smooth aluminum foil on the other. ​
